What to do when you receive your parcel

To avoid any confusion or disappointment, we ask that all our customers open their parcels from us within 3 days of receiving them. Even if you don't intend to use it we would love you to double check you have received everything that you have ordered from us. In the rare occurrence that damage has occurred in transit, please contact us immediately by phone and we will be able to deal with this for you as a matter of urgency.
