Shelf Decor . Normies - Normfred/BlueNormann Copenhagen
Normfred is the biggest member of the quirky Normies family - we're not sure that that makes him the boss though!
A cross between the abstract and the figurative, these concrete figures were born by chance during a design experiment. After a process of 3D scanning, drawing and experimentation, the final Normfred was moulded from concrete. Now, complete in soft blue and with human characterisation, the finished Normfred is bursting with personality that will brighten up your home.
Each Normie has its own character expressed through colour and bold graphic pattern, and if you look closely at their eyes expressive you'll soon find an element of human sentiment. Pop a Normie on your bedside table as a fun little buddy, or why not collect the set and have the family up on a shelf for decoration!
▲ Normies are the perfect quirky finishing touch in a modern nursery. Normfred in particular works well in a pastel or muted tones colourscheme.
▲ Why not introduce a Normie to your child and keep them on their bedside table as a nighttime buddy for any restless sleepers.
▲ These are a great accessory for a modern or minimalist interior. We love them up on the shelf in the kitchen but they are sleek and smart enough to look right at home in the office too. They're a very cool desk companion!
▲ Normies make a really fun gift - especially for the friend who has everything!

|About This Brand:||
Jan Andersen and Poul Madsen teamed up to create the Normann Copenhagen brand in 1999 with a vision to make a difference in the design industry. The turning point came in 2002 where they launched the first product, the lamp Norm 69 under the brand name: Normann Copenhagen. Within five years, more than 38 products followed, as well as collaborations with established design names and new talents from around the world. In 2009 Normann Copenhagen decided it was time to introduce furniture pieces as well. Today Normann Copenhagen continues to introduce exciting and bold design products. Especially the colour choice of the products has changed into a new colour scheme and is often inspired by trends you also find in the fashion world.
