Interior Design Service Terms and Conditions

 

The design proposal will be listed on our website with a link for payment, this will outline our services.

Making payment on a proposal constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

If the content or the scope of the project change during the design process, an additional fee may be chargeable.

If the client requires significant changes to the project that don’t align with the original brief, an additional fee may be chargeable.

The client agrees to give feedback on the scheme within a reasonable timeframe – usually 10 working days.

Suzanne Harmer / This Modern Life is the holder of all intellectual property rights for the work created, including copyright.

Invoices sent by Suzanne Harmer need to be paid within 10 working days.

To confirm acceptance of the design proposal, the client pays a non refundable fee as described in the proposal.

The remainder of the fee is due once the design is complete, and must be paid before the design is shared with the client.

All products relating to the scheme/s are to be bought and paid for by the client.

The client is entitled to a 15% discount on orders placed for their project only on www.thismodernlife.co.uk

In case the client terminates the agreement before completion, costs must be paid to cover the work completed. The deposit is non refundable.
